Athar (Al-Ta'ir Al-Hurr) respects your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect when you use the Athar delivery and ride apps, how we use and protect it, and your rights.

Data we collect

• Phone number: to create your account and verify it via a one-time code sent to WhatsApp.
• Name and basic profile information.
• Addresses and delivery locations you enter to complete orders and rides.
• Order, ride and payment history needed to operate the service and for accounting.
• Limited technical device/usage data for operations and security.

How we use data

• Fulfilling orders and rides and connecting customers, merchants and drivers.
• Sending your login code (OTP) over WhatsApp and securing your account.
• Support, customer service and dispute resolution.
• Meeting legal and accounting obligations.

Data sharing

We do not sell your data. We share the minimum necessary with the driver or merchant to complete your order (such as name, address and contact number), and with our messaging provider (WhatsApp) to deliver your login code.

Retention & account deletion

You can delete your account any time from within the app: Account → Delete account permanently. On deletion we deactivate your account and irreversibly remove your personal data (name, phone, addresses). Financial order records are retained only in anonymized form for the period required by accounting law. You may also request deletion by email: support@al-athar.nextflow-iq.com.

Security

We apply technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including hashed storage of login codes and encrypted connections.
